Liability Waiver

Important Notice

By participating in our enduro tours, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this liability waiver. Please read this document carefully before signing.

Participant Acknowledgments

I, the participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. License and Fitness

• I hold a valid A motorcycle license (or equivalent) recognized in the EU
• I am medically and physically fit to participate in off-road motorcycling
• I have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect my participation

2. Assumption of Risk

• I understand that off-road motorcycling involves risks including but not limited to: challenging terrain, weather conditions, mechanical failures, and potential for injury
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this activity
• I understand that these risks cannot be eliminated without compromising the essential qualities of the activity

3. Safety and Conduct

• I will follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff
• I will wear all required safety equipment at all times
• I will not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the tour
• I will inform guides of any concerns or issues immediately

4. Equipment and Rental

• I am responsible for rental equipment and will use it within fair-use terms
• I understand insurance coverage and deductible terms as explained in the rental agreement
• I will report any damage or malfunction immediately to staff

5. Liability Release

• I release Enduro Latvia, its guides, staff, and partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or death
• I understand this release applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, present or future
• This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct

6. Medical Treatment

• I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary
• I understand that medical facilities may be limited in remote areas
• I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the tour

7. Legal Terms

• This waiver is governed by the laws of Latvia
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia
• If any provision of this waiver is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
